Carrie

Purchasing | Billing | Marketing & Communications
Carrie handles purchasing, parts orders, and billing, and oversees Thorstad’s social media and website presence. From making sure the right parts are where they need to be to keeping communication clear and consistent, she helps keep the moving pieces aligned behind the scenes.

She values the opportunity to support her husband and the business while building relationships with customers and hearing their stories. Carrie believes in the work Thorstad does, especially knowing the dedication and expertise the road crews bring to every site. She takes pride in helping represent that hard work well.

Guided by honesty, integrity, and innovation, she approaches her role with both practicality and heart.

Outside of work, Carrie loves to read, travel, and attend theater productions. Her go-to gas station snack is Wiley Wallaby Classic Red licorice, and around the office she jokingly holds the unofficial title of “Emotional Support Human.”

Finn & Oakley

Oakley and Finn are the office mascots and the welcoming committee. They love being able to look out the window, bark at anything that looks suspicious, and wandering across the street to sniff out new opportunities.
