We are a community-first company who believes in doing what we can to keep our small towns thriving. Some of our favorite ways to do so include handing out candy to smiling faces in area parades, sponsoring rodeo and music events that bring people from all over the state and country to our region, and supporting a local high school cowboy as he chases his dreams on the high school rodeo circuit.

Thorstad Construction Company, Inc. is a staple in the small community of Maynard, Minnesota and has been since Vern Thorstad founded the company in 1959.

Since 1959 Thorstad Construction Company, Inc. has been a leader in the millwright construction business of grain elevators, grain storage and receiving at processing facilities, and feed mills.

Vern Thorstad started and grew the company into the legacy it is known as today. That legacy continues under the leadership and guidance of current owner and president Pete Speh.

Thorstad Construction Company, Inc. continues to be a leader in the repair and new construction of grain elevators, steel sheds, and other commercial projects.
