Thorstad Construction provides millwright, industrial installation, maintenance, repair, alignment, welding, rigging, and related mechanical services. All services are subject to availability, job site conditions, and written agreements or work orders.

2. Estimates and Quotes

The client is responsible for any collection fees, legal fees, or costs incurred due to unpaid balances.

• Disclose any known hazards

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws and site rules

• Obtain required permits unless otherwise agreed

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or termination.
6. Safety and Compliance
We follow industry-standard safety practices and applicable regulations. However, the client remains responsible for overall site safety, environmental conditions, and compliance unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to stop work immediately if unsafe conditions are identified.
7. Warranties and Limitations

• We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

• No other warranties, express or implied, are provided unless stated in writing.

• We are not responsible for failures caused by normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thorstad Construction shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of production, profits, or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
